1. Nature of Services

Velotrix Solutions LLC provides customized digital marketing, automation, and performance-based services. Due to the tailored and non-tangible nature of these services, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

2. Performance-Based Agreements

For services explicitly designated in writing as “performance-based”:

Payment is due only upon achievement of clearly defined and mutually agreed performance metrics.

Upon delivery and client verification of such results, fees are earned in full and non-refundable.

3. One-Time Services and Setup Fees

Includes (but not limited to):

Strategy development

Funnel builds

CRM and automation setup

Policy:

Clients acknowledge that work begins upon project initiation and resources are allocated immediately.

Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

If cancellation occurs prior to work commencement, a refund may be issued, minus any administrative or incurred costs.

4. Advertising Spend

All third-party advertising spend (e.g., Meta, Google) is non-refundable.

Such funds are paid directly to third-party platforms and are governed by their respective terms.

Velotrix Solutions LLC is not responsible for platform performance, policy changes, or account actions.

5. Retainers and Subscription Services

Clients may cancel services prior to the next billing cycle by providing written notice.

No refunds are provided for: Active billing periods Services already rendered

Access to services will continue until the end of the paid term.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Velotrix Solutions LLC to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.

Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in: Immediate suspension of services Termination of agreement Collection efforts or legal action to recover funds

7. Compliance with Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy shall limit or exclude any rights that may be granted to consumers under applicable federal or state law.

8. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyooming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
